Behavioral Health Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our interdisciplinary team of professionals serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive and focused behavioral intervention services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive/focused behavioral intervention services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays in language, cognitive, adaptive behavior, social-emotional, self-care, fine motor, gross motor, and communication development
Collaborate with BCBA and supervising BCaBA or BCBA to design and implement individualized behavior service plans
Deliver direct ABA and Group services to children and families, maintaining accurate records of case notes and progress
Communicate effectively with supervising BCaBA or BCBA, as well as with clients and families, to ensure seamless program implementation and progress updates
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, human services) preferred
Previous experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong communication and organizational skills
Passion for working with children and families; commitment to collaborative problem-solving and continuous learning
