Restaurant Description
The Watershed Pub prides itself on being a local and sustainable restaurant. The concept arose as we began to think about the impact of our region on the Susquehanna River Valley and Chesapeake Watershed. We want to showcase a menu, through the talents and creativity of our chefs, that is mindful of the impact and ongoing challenges the area contributes to the Bay.

The Role
As a food runner you will be responsible for the customer’s first impression of the restaurant. You will greet guests as they enter the establishment and either show them to their table or provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists. You will also be responsible for managing reservation and excellent customer service.
- Assist Chef in expo window
- Set up and break down expo station
- Run food from kitchen to guests table
- Answer questions guests may have
- Assist wait staff when needed
- Maintain and clean workspace

The Watershed Pub sits in one of the oldest buildings in Camp Hill, dating back to at least the early 1800’s. Our mission is to couple the bounty from Central Pa’s sustainable growers and regionally, sustainably harvested seafood.
