We are actively hiring Full-Time & Part-Time Crew Members as well as Full-Time & Part-Time Shift Leaders with flexible availability to deliver exceptional service, support daily operations, and fast-track their development into higher leadership opportunities.
PAY & POSITIONS AVAILABLE
- Crew Member: Earn up to $16.00/hour total (Base Pay + Tips)
- Shift Leader: Earn up to $18.00/hour total (Base Pay + Tips, based on experience)

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide Great Service: Deliver top-tier guest experiences and handle high-volume rushes with speed and precision.
- Maintain Quality: Prepare fresh products, keep the store clean, and strictly follow food safety guidelines.
- Run the Floor (Shift Leaders): Direct daily shift operations, assign tasks, coach crew members, and maintain cash control.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Crew Members: Enthusiastic team players with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Shift Leaders: 6+ months of shift lead, supervisor, or keyholder experience preferred (restaurant/retail).
- Availability: Flexible availability to work opening, mid, and closing shifts, including weekends.
- Age Requirement: Must be 18+ years old (federal requirement to operate slicing equipment).
