Customer Care Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Maintain accuracy of data, dimensions, and cost
· Promptly respond to customers with any issues/problems
· Maintain and update spreadsheets
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Proficient in math and data entry
· Proficient in 10 key, Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Experience in proper phone etiquette
· Time-management skills/experience
· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
· Must be dependable and a team-player
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
