The Role
As our Ramp Service Manager on Duty, you will be the backbone of our below-wing operations. You will lead ground crews, manage aircraft turnarounds, resolve real-time operational challenges, and ensure every shift runs safely and on schedule. This is not a desk role — this is frontline leadership at its finest.
What You Will Own
- Full oversight of ramp operations including aircraft marshaling, baggage handling, and loading and unloading
- On-the-spot decision making for irregular operations including diversions, delays, and equipment issues
- Shift briefings, incident documentation, and operational reporting
- Mentoring and developing frontline supervisors and ramp staff
- Safety compliance and audit participation
What We Are Looking For
- 3 or more years in ground operations or ramp services with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of ramp operations, safety protocols, and FAA regulations
- Valid U.S. Driver's License and ability to obtain an airport security badge
- Military aviation background highly preferred — Air Force experience aligns closely with the demands of this role
- Availability for irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
