About the Position
All About Dentistry is looking for a confident, energetic, and highly organized Clinical Flow Coordinator to join our St. Paul team. This is a fast-paced position for someone who enjoys taking charge, solving problems, communicating with a team, and keeping things moving.
The Clinical Flow Coordinator serves as the eyes and ears of the back office, keeping providers and dental assistants on schedule, maximizing efficiency, minimizing downtime, and ensuring excellent patient flow throughout the day.
This position is ideal for someone who is a quick thinker, isn't afraid to use their voice, and is always thinking one or two steps ahead.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor the clinical schedule and patient flow.
- Keep providers and dental assistants on schedule.
- Direct providers and assistants to their next patients as needed.
- Monitor patient wait times and address delays quickly.
- Coordinate operatories and help ensure rooms are ready for upcoming procedures.
- Communicate schedule changes and priorities to the clinical team.
- Anticipate the needs of providers and assistants before being asked.
- Quickly adjust to emergencies, late patients, cancellations, and unexpected schedule changes.
- Assist with seating patients and other patient-flow responsibilities as trained.
- Step in and help the clinical team wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly.
- Help ensure every patient receives an organized, efficient, and positive experience.

Compensation
$18.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
