Key Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification required
- Proven experience working in school settings is essential
- Familiarity with elementary-aged students and their developmental needs
- Strong ability to supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the supervising BCBA for two RBTs, providing guidance, oversight, and support

- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
