Federal Foam Technologies, an industry leader in custom fabrication of flexible cellular and plastic materials, is currently looking for a is looking for 1st Shift Material Handler to join their growing team at their New Richmond facility. Hours are Monday - Thursday 5:30am - 3:30pm.
This position is responsible for effectively assisting production operators in the prep and staging of materials for smooth processing of job orders with minimum transition time between orders. Able to write simple correspondence, read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos, prints, and work orders, use a tape measure, manage heavy and light volume workloads, demonstrate flexibility, be willing to change assignments and work overtime to meet customer requirements.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED. Candidates must successfully complete Forklift operation training and licensure. Knowledge of manufacturing Software System and inventory control experience is preferred. Qualified candidates will also possess strong communication skills, have good attendance, strong commitment to detail, good problem-solving skills and be self-motivated. A commitment to teamwork is a must.
