Position Summary
We are hiring a dependable Production Associate to support our manufacturing and assembly operations. This is an in-person, part-time role ideal for someone with hands-on experience in a warehouse, fabrication, or manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble products according to detailed specifications
- Operate hand tools, light machcinery, and milling equipment safely
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify product standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow production schedules and meet output targets
Requirements
- Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or fabrication (preferred)
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Mechanical aptitude; ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production specs
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
