Front Desk & Social Media Coordinator
Location: Gracefully Aesthetics Center – Pasadena, TX
Position Summary
Gracefully Aesthetics Center is seeking a friendly, energetic, and highly organized Front Desk & Social Media Coordinator to be the face of our practice. This position combines front office operations, client relations, sales, and social media marketing to provide an exceptional patient experience while helping grow our practice.
Responsibilities
Front Desk & Client Care
* Welcome clients with professionalism and warmth.
* Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, emails, and social media inquiries.
* Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments using Jane App.
* Process payments and assist clients with memberships, packages, and financing options.
* Ensure all patient paperwork and consent forms are completed.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Sales & Business Development
* Convert phone and social media inquiries into booked consultations and appointments.
* Educate clients on services, skincare products, memberships, and treatment packages.
* Follow up with consultation requests, no-shows, and inactive clients.
* Help meet monthly booking and sales goals.
* Encourage online reviews and referrals.
Social Media
* Capture before-and-after photos and treatment videos.
* Create and post engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
* Respond to comments and direct messages professionally.
* Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and special events.
* Stay current with beauty, aesthetics, and social media trends.
Required Qualifications
* Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
* Previous sales experience (required).
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Front desk, medical office, spa, or aesthetics experience is preferred but not required.
* Experience using Canva and/or CapCut is a plus.
