We are seeking a licensed Psychiatrist (MD) to collaborate with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in New York State.
This is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatrist seeking a low-commitment collaborative role while supporting high-quality psychiatric care.
Responsibilities:
- Review approximately 10 patient charts per month.
- Participate in a 30-minute phone or virtual consultation once per week, as needed, to discuss patients of concern and provide clinical guidance.
- Be available for collaboration in accordance with New York State regulations governing PMHNP collaborative practice.
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted New York medical license.
- Board certification
- Current experience treating psychiatric patients.
- Recent experience in addiction medicine is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care.
Compensation:
- Competitive monthly stipend, commensurate with experience and responsibilities.
Pay: $500.00 - $800.00 per month
