LifeForge Counseling is a small, independently owned private practice in Omaha. We're looking to connect with a contracted therapist (LMHP or LIMHP preferred) who enjoys working with adolescents and adults, particularly in trauma-informed work, emotional regulation, and life transitions.
This may be a good fit if you:
- Enjoy working with teens and/or adults
- Have experience or interest in trauma-informed care
- Value autonomy and flexibility in your clinical work
- Prefer a private practice environment over agency work
Position details:
- 1099 contracted position
- Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time — you choose your caseload size)
- In-person sessions at a supportive private practice
- Referrals provided
Insurance panels currently include:
Nebraska Total Care, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, Molina, Amerigroup, AmeriChoice of Nebraska (UnitedHealthcare Community Plan), Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Optum Health, Cigna, UMR, Midlands Choice, and Aetna.
Independent licensure (LMHP or LIMHP) is preferred. I’m open to discussing fit, clinical interests, and availability.
