Roofing Sales Manager

$40,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonuses + Company Vehicle AFTER training
Modern Roofing is looking for a proven Sales Manager to lead, develop, and grow a high-performing storm restoration sales team.
This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking a leader with a track record of building teams, driving revenue, and creating a winning sales culture.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily sales meetings and field training
- Develop and coach door-to-door sales professionals
- Monitor performance metrics and team accountability
- Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching
- Create and execute market growth strategies
- Work directly with homeowners and support major sales opportunities
- Maintain a positive, competitive, and results-driven culture
Required Experience
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience
- Minimum 5 years managing door-to-door sales teams
- Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Experience recruiting, training, and retaining sales representatives
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lead by example in the field
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
