Job Overview
We are seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team as Traveling Composites & Coatings Technicians. This is a full-time position for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, traveling, and being part of a team. No prior composites experience is required—we provide paid training and opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:

Sanding and surface preparation

Grinding fiberglass
-
Applying protective coatings to a variety of substrates

Following safety procedures and company standards

Working collaboratively in a team environment

Working safely at heights and in confined spaces

Traveling extensively throughout the United States to complete projects
Qualifications

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to perform physically demanding, labor-intensive work

Ability to work safely in a variety of environments

Willingness to travel approximately 65% of the time

Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical examination

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Valid driver's license (preferred)
