About the Role
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you’ll manage the day-to-day recruiting process at Health Loft, with a primary focus on hiring Registered Dietitians. You’ll review applications, conduct interviews, communicate with candidates, coordinate hiring steps, and extend offers. While Registered Dietitian recruiting will be your primary focus, you’ll also support hiring across other areas of the company as our team grows.
You’ll work closely with our People Manager and Clinical team to understand what makes a successful Health Loft dietitian and ensure we consistently identify strong candidates. You’ll also have opportunities to improve our existing recruiting processes and help us attract great candidates as we grow.

Health Loft is a rapidly growing telehealth nutrition company making high-quality medical nutrition therapy more accessible to patients nationwide. Our Registered Dietitians provide virtual care across a wide range of conditions, including diabetes, PCOS, weight management, cardiovascular disease, women's health, disordered eating, and more.
Behind our clinicians is a dedicated team handling insurance, billing, scheduling, operations, and technology so our providers can focus on delivering excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruiting process from application through accepted offer
- Manage and optimize job postings across recruiting platforms to attract candidates.
- Conduct recruiter screens and interviews, evaluating candidates for experience, communication, motivation, and fit.
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential candidates when needed
- Partner with clinical leadership to understand the qualities and skills that make clinicians successful at Health Loft.
- Partner with hiring managers across the company on additional recruiting needs.
- Provide candidates with a responsive, professional, and engaging hiring experience.
- Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve sourcing, screening, interview, and offer processes.
- Help build scalable recruiting processes as Health Loft continues to grow.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting healthcare or other specialized professional roles preferred; telehealth recruiting experience is a plus.
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple candidates and open positions at once.
- Comfortable with proactive sourcing and outreach.
- Strong judgment and ability to partner effectively with hiring managers.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growing organization.
