Neuro Bloom Therapy | Twin Cities Metro Area, MN
Part-Time, Contract, or Full-Time Availability Considered
Flexible Clinical & Administrative Structure
About Neuro Bloom Therapy
Neuro Bloom Therapy is a growing EIDBI provider committed to delivering individualized, ethical, and meaningful services to children and families. Our goal is to build a strong clinical environment where clients receive quality care, staff feel supported, and families feel heard.
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is dependable, clinically strong, and interested in supporting a developing program with professionalism, structure, and care. This role is a strong fit for someone who values clear communication, quality oversight, and the opportunity to have a meaningful voice in clinical programming.
Position Overview
The BCBA will provide clinical oversight, treatment guidance, observation and direction, staff support, and documentation review in accordance with EIDBI requirements and professional standards.
This role is designed with flexibility in mind. While some in-person involvement may be needed for observation, staff support, client oversight, and program needs, many responsibilities will involve treatment planning, documentation review, care coordination, staff guidance, and clinical follow-up that can be completed outside of direct on-site service hours.
Our administrative team supports scheduling, CareTap coordination, documentation organization, and general day-to-day follow-up so the BCBA can remain focused on clinical quality, client progress, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance for EIDBI services.
- Conduct and/or support assessments, treatment planning, and progress monitoring.
- Develop, review, and update individualized treatment goals and intervention plans.
- Provide observation and direction to staff providing direct services.
- Support staff with behavior strategies, skill acquisition programming, and appropriate intervention methods.
- Review client progress and make clinical recommendations based on individual needs.
- Communicate with leadership regarding client progress, safety concerns, staffing needs, and service quality.
- Support caregiver or family communication when clinically appropriate.
- Assist with documentation review to support compliance with EIDBI, DHS, and professional standards.
- Collaborate with leadership as clinical workflows, systems, and programming continue to grow.
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification required.
- Minnesota LBA license preferred, or ability to obtain licensure if applicable.
- Experience with autism services, ABA, EIDBI, behavioral support, or related clinical services preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide clear clinical guidance in a professional and supportive manner.
- Comfortable working with children, families, direct care staff, and leadership.
- Reliable, ethical, and committed to high-quality client care.
What We Offer
- Flexible scheduling based on availability and program needs.
- Part-time, contract, or full-time structure may be considered.
- A balanced role with a combination of clinical touchpoints, documentation review, planning, and team communication.
- Manageable caseload with room for growth.
- Administrative support for scheduling, CareTap coordination, and documentation organization.
- Supportive leadership that values communication, ethics, and quality care.
- Opportunity to help shape a growing clinical program.
- A professional, team-oriented environment where clinical input is valued.
- Competitive compensation based on experience, availability, and role structure.

The ideal candidate is a BCBA who brings professionalism, patience, and strong clinical judgment. We are looking for someone who can provide meaningful oversight, support staff development, and help clients make steady progress while working collaboratively with a growing team.
