Platinum Stays is looking for ambitious, motivated, and experienced Travel Sales Closers to join our high-performing team. If you're confident on the phone, enjoy helping customers book dream vacations, and want unlimited earning potential, this opportunity is for you.
Compensation
- $600–$800 Base Pay OR High Commission (based on experience and performance)
- 20%–30% Commission Structure
- Daily Cash SPIFFs

Responsibilities
- Present premium vacation packages and exclusive travel offers
- Build rapport with customers and identify their travel needs
- Overcome objections and confidently close sales
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Maintain professionalism and exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Previous sales or closing experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Professional attitude with a positive work ethic
- Travel or hospitality sales experience is a plus
