Job Title: Maintenance Manager| Property Services
Reports To: Service Coordinator & MPM Principal
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Performs maintenance, repairs, and construction projects for condominium and apartment properties managed by MPM.. A successful maintenance manager will be working on: Work Orders- maintenance & repairs; interior & exterior renovation/repairs, and Homeowner maintenance services ( dryer vent cleaning, duct cleaning, chimney cleaning, hvac filter changes, water heater flushes, and other handy man type task.
MPM is a growing property management company specializing in managing condominium associations and multi-family properties. We have a growing services division. We need a skilled Maintenance Manager & Technician that have a broad range of experience to include; interior & exterior maintenance, painting, flooring, drywall, light plumbing, snow removal, landscaping, hardscapes,
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (this is not an exhaustive list of the duties and responsibilities required to perform the job)
● Accomplishes repair, maintenance and inspections by working hands-on.
● Assist with repairs and renovations; remodeling, insurance repairs; and apartment turn overs.
- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
- Engage and supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs, or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)
- Be available to work on-call, overtime, after hours, and weekends as may be required. ( no on-call rotation - this would be from time to time is special circumstances)
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and other applicable safety standards
- Snow removal - plow and spreader operation
- Able to use a smart phone with Service Apps
- Able to manage and follow a schedule of jobs
- Excellent presentation and communication is necessary

Must Have Valid Drivers' License

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
