POSITION OVERVIEW
- Outpatient behavioral health role focused on psychosocial assessments and treatment plans
- Serve a diverse patient population within a mission-driven healthcare setting

COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $72,000 - $82,000
- Student Loan Repayment Eligibility Up to $50,000
- Relocation Assistance Available

SCHEDULE
- Monday-Friday Schedule
- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- No Nights
- No Weekends
- No On-Call Responsibilities
ROLE
- Conduct psychosocial assessments
- Develop treatment plans
- Provide outpatient behavioral health counseling
- Collaborate within an integrated care model
- Support underserved populations through compassionate, community-focused care

Requirements:
- Active Colorado Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) License REQUIRED
- Ability to perform psychosocial assessments REQUIRED

- Passion for serving underserved patient populations REQUIRED
