Job Overview
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the owners in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining a positive work environment.
Duties
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage inventory levels, including taking inventory, and organizing stock to maintain optimal product availability.
- Supervise and train staff, including onboarding, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment to achieve store goals.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization to enhance the restaurant experience for customers.
- Prepare reports on inventory, and staff performance for management review.
- Prepare and manage catering orders.

- Familiarity with cash register operations and financial transactions, notably Toast POS system.
- Comprehensive understanding of store management principles to support overall business objectives.
