J&J Construction and Gutters, Inc. is seeking an experienced commercial and residential Sales Representative to join our team and manage one or more of the following territories and construction trades.
**This is a commission-based position**
Roofing Trades:
Roofing
Gutters
Soffit/ Fascia
Exterior Renovation Trades:
Siding
Wood Repair
Screen Rooms
Other Construction Trades:
Concrete
Pavers/ Stone
Stucco
Painting
Tiling
Fencing
Windows/ Doors
Shutters
Territories:
Central East - Volusia, Flagler, Brevard
Central West - Seminole, Lake, Orange, Osceola
Northeast - St. Johns, Duval, Clay, Putnam
You MUST have experience in most of the above trades AND have physical access to one or more of the territories listed in order to apply.
Responsibilities
- Identify project needs and build contracts with accurate material quantities and pricing based on project requirements.
- Pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking.
- Manage existing client accounts and existing projects.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Develop and execute territory management strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Upsell additional products or services.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales.
- Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and account management.
- Experience in territory management, direct sales, inside sales, or retail sales.
- Ability to conduct product demos.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to conduct swift email correspondence.
- Prior experience in marketing is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $4,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month
