At Keyless.CO, LLC, we believe people are the greatest part of our business. Our products are used by most Fortune 500 companies, and we manage projects in 60+ countries from our Irving, TX headquarters.
We're a close-knit, 10-person team, and we're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Staff Accountant to own our day-to-day accounting and help keep our financial operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Accounting & Finance
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of entries
- Perform bank account reconciliations
- Run payroll, manage vendors, and file payroll taxes
- Manage the company's retirement plan, HSAs, and other employee benefits
- File Sales and Use Tax Returns; assist with Franchise Tax and Personal Business Property Tax preparation
- Prepare and distribute budgets for each department and project
- Review accounts receivable and accounts payable activity
- Perform month-end close and related reporting
- Support financial and tax audits
- Help the Sales team navigate payment methods and state sales tax questions
Cross-Functional Support
- Manage, organize, and update employee files
- Assist with other HR-related tasks
- Support inventory management
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in accounting, or equivalent relevant work experience
- 1–2 years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally including payroll processing and month-end close
- Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting terminology, and the full accounting cycle
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- A self-starter who takes initiative and communicates clearly
- Intermediate Excel skills
- QuickBooks experience strongly preferred — as our sole in-house accountant, you'll be working independently day-to-day
Work Setting
This is an in-office role based at our Irving, TX location.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
