THE POSITION: Therapist Licensed/Waivered (I, II, III)
Currently hiring Part-Time and Full-Time non-exempt positions.The position provides comprehensive evidenced-based, diagnosis driven mental health therapeutic services to families and youth ages 0-25. MCYP Therapists are responsible for providing high quality primary therapy and case management for their assigned clients including collaboration with other assigned providers, accurate and timely maintenance of client’s records, service delivery/progress notes, adequate productivity levels, rotation on agency 24/7 crisis call line, other duties as assigned. The position of Therapist/Intern/Waivered/Student Trainee are assigned to MCYP’s main office location in Ukiah and may work at various community-based sites, such as school campuses, Juvenile Hall, MCYP Shelter Homes, and other sites within the greater Mendocino County community, as assigned.
THE PROGRAM: Mendocino County Youth Project – Therapy Services
Mendocino County Youth Project’s team of licensed/waivered therapists provide a variety of comprehensive mental health services supporting children and youth ages 0-25 and their families throughout Mendocino County. Therapy services are provided in MCYP Office located in Ukiah/Covelo, in the community, on school sites (when available), and through telehealth as needed. Services include biopsychosocial mental health assessment and plan development of mental health goals, individual and family therapy, crisis intervention through a 24/7 crisis line, individual and group rehab, sessions supporting caregivers, and case management collaboration with other providers and/or care givers and. Therapy services provided by Mendocino County Youth Project are Medi-Cal eligible as well as grant funded through a variety of victim service grants that support the mental health and wellness of children, youth and families. All services are free of charge to program participants.
Pay: $73,750.00 - $89,730.00 per year
