Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team.
Flexible availability is preferred- shifts can range on both weekdays and weekends from opening (at 9:30am) to closing (which could be until 1 or 2am), and vary week to week depending upon events, tournaments, and weather demands.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment. Shifts vary in times and nature, ranging from golf tournaments, special events, and normal service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for our members. Also responsible for properly closing and locking the building when scheduled as the closer.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and member preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and manage stock levels effectively
- Operate systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Engage with members to provide excellent service, recommend drinks, and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Monitor guest consumption to ensure responsible serving practices are followed.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality in all interactions with guests to enhance their overall experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with members
- Experience in catering or banquet settings is advantageous but not required. Join us in delivering exceptional experiences through your passion for bartending!
