Mana is hiring a Cook/Server . The job is mainly Culinary oriented, however previous serving experience is required. Mana does one seating a night, serving a coursed out dinner with beverage pairings. Mana is Causal Fine Dining. Service is Wednesday - Sunday. The job requires food preparation during the day, and service in the evening, including plating. Wine knowledge will be very helpful.
We are open to both full time and part time.
Pay is $20/hour with a full share in the tip pool. Tips average $20-$30/hour giving a combined pay of around $40-$50/hour.
