Opportunity Highlights:
- Provide psychotherapy services in skilled nursing and long-term care settings

- Flexible schedule with ability to choose rounding days and start times (Monday–Friday)

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop treatment plans
- Focus on clinical care with administrative and billing support provided
- Work with geriatric population addressing a range of behavioral health needs
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fee-for-service (FFS) model with uncapped earning potential
- Estimated annual compensation: $47,441 – $56,929+ (part-time)

Qualifications:
- LPC, LMHC, or LMFT with active Indiana license
- Minimum of 1 year post-licensure experience
