Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and energetic Manicurist and Pedicurist to join our vibrant beauty team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures and pedicures, while creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. We are full time barbershop looking to offer our current clients a full service experience to include manicure and pedicure services. Your expertise in nail artistry, sanitation, and customer service will ensure every guest leaves feeling pampered and confident. Responsibilities
- Perform professional manicure and pedicure treatments tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
- Apply advanced nail care techniques, including cuticle care, shaping and polishing.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend nail treatments and additional services.
- Upsell retail products like nail care essentials.
- Stay current with the latest trends in services and treatment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and build lasting relationships
Skills
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, and sanitation practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive client experience
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining genuine client relationships
- Effective communication skills to educate clients about services and aftercare instructions
- Familiarity with retail math for managing product sales and inventory levels
- Knowledge of techniques and retail sales strategies is a plus
