Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and driven Sales Representative — specifically a strong closer who can turn pre-set appointments into signed contracts. You’ll meet with 1–3 pre-qualified leads per day (no cold calling required). Our marketing team generates and schedules your appointments so you can focus on what you do best: closing deals and helping homeowners transform their living spaces.

Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments.
- Deliver persuasive, high-impact product presentations.
- Build rapport and earn trust through consultative selling.
- Confidently close sales and hit monthly performance targets.
- Accurately estimate project costs and prepare proposals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a strong closer in sales (in-home sales a plus).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
