JOB DESCRIPTION
Select’s Account Rep promotes and sells our company’s products or services, acting as the frontline connection between the business and its clients. They generate leads, spend the majority of their time in the field, and manage relationships to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed assigned sales targets
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to
- Identify and qualify potential leads through existing relationships, cold calling, networking, and online research
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and articulate the value of offerings to address client needs and overcome objections
- Maintain accurate records of the sales pipeline, client interactions, and performance metrics using CRM software
- Services existing accounts and establishes new accounts.

Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
- 4 to 6 years of experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent working experience is required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work across multiple decision makers at both the corporate and field levels.
- Deep understanding of the company's product or service, as well as awareness of competitor offerings and market trends.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple client accounts.
- Ability to work in a team environment, gain business and grow revenue base.

Physical Demands and Exposures
- This position works inside a climate-controlled environment most of the time. The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.
- This position requires extensive driving
- Traditional Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm, unless operations dictate otherwise.
- Involves sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.
- Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
