Job Overview
Arkansas Rising Soccer Club is seeking reliable, energetic Youth Soccer Coaches to work with players ages U3–U15 (4v4–11v11 formats).
This role is designed for former players, college students, and young professionals who want to stay involved in the game while making a positive impact on young athletes.
We provide the training curriculum, equipment, and structure. Coaches focus on leading sessions, building relationships, and creating a fun, safe environment for players.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead 1–2 practices per week using provided session plans
- Coach games on weekends (primarily Saturdays)
- Create a positive and engaging environment for all players
- Communicate with parents regarding schedules, cancellations, and updates
- Support player development in skills, confidence, and teamwork
- Ensure player safety and appropriate behavior during all activities

Coaching Pathway & Flexibility
- Stay with the same team each season and build long-term relationships with players and families
- Move up with your team as they progress through age groups

We work with coaches to find the best fit based on strengths, availability, and long-term interest in the program.
Qualifications
- Previous soccer playing experience preferred
- Experience working with children or coaching is a plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable and able to maintain a consistent schedule
- Positive attitude and ability to engage with young athletes
Certifications (First Aid/CPR) are a plus but not required.
Schedule
- Practices: 1–2 evenings per week
- Games: Saturdays
- Seasonal commitment (Fall and/or Spring seasons)
