Motel 6 Tallahassee is looking for a Night auditor to assist Guests with the check in and out process, to balance daily revenue, verify financial transactions and assist Guests with overnight needs and ensure the hotels operations runs smoothly during the night shift.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Balance Daily Revenue and verify Financial transactions. Prepare reports. Handle Front desk duties. Assist with the check in and check out process. Address guest inquiries. Balance cash drawer. Generate daily reports including the summary of Financial activities and guest folios. Make reservations and handle cancellations. Update guest Information. Provide Quality customer Service and manage Guest relations. Ensure hotel compliance policies. Answer phone and transfer calls. Communicate night shift issues to the next shift coming on duty. Report any and all issues to Management.

Valid U.S. Driver License

Summary
As a Night Auditor, you will be essential in overseeing hotel operations during nighttime hours, ensuring a seamless guest experience. Reporting to the General Manager, your core skills in customer service and front desk operations will be vital in managing guest relations and handling inquiries. Your premium skills in hospitality and night auditing will enable you to maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with hotel policies. Additionally, your relevant experience with multi-line phone systems and hotel experience will enhance our guests' satisfaction and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
