Metro Minn LLC is seeking motivated, enthusiasts rep. to join our growing Account Services/Customer Service team in Eden Prairie, MN, supporting customers of American Musical Supply. We’re looking for candidates who authentically enjoy talking about musical instruments and take pride in assisting and engaging customers. Our contact center is conveniently located just outside of Minneapolis. Signing Bonus $500 ($250 after first 3 months, $250 after first 6 months of employment)
Total Compensation- Base wage $16+ bonus potential
Schedule: 4 day shifts ( 7am - 3:30pm) 1 evening shift (10:30am-7pp) per week
Requirements:
- Experience in retail/online customer service via phone, email, and/or on-site chat
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organized and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn new programs and systems / multitasking on a computer
- Available to work nights and weekends as necessary
Responsibilities:
- Communicate and assist with customers via phone, email and chat
- Help customers navigate our website and place orders online.
- Process orders in a fast-paced environment
- Resolve product returns, customer shipping inquiries and order status questions
- Work with internal departments to meet and exceed customer expectations
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Fluent in English, Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- Weekend and evening availability
