COMPANY
We are a fast growing, veteran-owned company located in East Dundee (we are not a private equity company). We primarily service, repair and install residential and light commercial equipment, and we focus on providing solutions for our customer's home comfort issues. We are a Daikin Elite dealer, and one of the largest ductless dealers in Northern Illinois. We service the Northwest and Western Suburbs of Chicago. Due to growth we have moved to a new facility with a one-of-a-kind HVAC showroom!
DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for servicing a variety of equipment. You are able to communicate well with customers, have attention to detail, and are reliable. You are dedicated to your job, can problem-solve, and are not afraid to ask questions and provide the ultimate customer experience. You are able to work independently, and enjoy providing comfort solutions and recommending energy-efficient products to our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Clean and check furnaces, air conditioners, humidifiers
-Make recommendations on repair/replacement
-Electronically submit invoices/payment
-Answer customer questions, provide great service
-Coordinate with office for dispatching and follow up appointments
-Participate in rotating on-call schedule
REQUIREMENTS
-Must have minimum of High School diploma or equivalent
-Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
-Must submit to Background Check and Drug Testing
-Trade School certification and EPA certificate a plus!
-Service Titan experience a plus!
