OVERVIEW
The Sales & Growth Analyst is responsible for supporting data-driven decision making and driving business insights to enhance and expand sales performance independently, inventory management, and overall brand growth within all designated accounts. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support sell through performance, identifies trends, and creates strategic initiatives across all accounts
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support National Account Managers in managing day-to-day activities with key retail partners.

Maintain retailer portals, vendor systems, and reporting platforms.
-
Assist with account setup, item maintenance, pricing updates, promotional tracking, and product launches.
-
Coordinate retailer requests related to assortments, replenishment, sales reporting, and inventory management.
-
Support preparation of line reviews, customer presentations, and business review meetings.
-
Maintain accurate product and account information across internal systems.
-
Create and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc sales reports.
-
Monitor sales performance across all chain accounts and identify opportunities for growth.

Analyze:

Assortment effectiveness

Identify top-performing and underperforming SKUs.

Develop executive-level reporting packages and dashboards for leadership.

Communicate key findings and recommendations to sales, planning, and management teams.

Develop and maintain dashboards using:

Microsoft Excel

Power BI
-
Tableau (preferred)
-
Analyze market trends, promotional effectiveness, and consumer buying behaviors.

Perform forecasting analyses to support sales planning and inventory decisions.
-
Conduct post-event and promotional performance evaluations.
-
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve account productivity and sales growth.
-
Support development of annual business reviews and retailer growth plans.
-
Monitor inventory levels across key retail accounts.
-
Identify inventory risks including:
-
Out-of-stock situations
-
Excess inventory
-
Slow-moving SKUs
-
Aging inventory
-
Support replenishment and allocation planning.
-
Collaborate with Planning, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to optimize inventory flow.
-
Assist in demand forecasting and seasonal inventory planning.
-
Track inventory investments and recommend actions to maximize productivity.
-
Analyze product assortment performance by account and region.
-
Support development of retailer-specific growth initiatives.
-
Evaluate product launch performance and recommend assortment enhancements.
-
Identify opportunities to expand distribution and increase merchandising productivity.
-
Support retail innovation initiatives, new store openings, and seasonal programs.
-
Partner with sales leadership to develop account growth scorecards and KPI tracking.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field or equivalent in experience

3–5+ years of proven luxury sales experience with a track record of achieving targets
-
Familiarity of luxury distribution with a “can do” attitude and collaborative mindset that is thrives in a high performing team
-
Strong ability to build customer relationships and grow multi-channel retail business
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills and has an eye for detail
-
Strong analytical capabilities with experience interpreting sales data and competitor trends
-
Self-starter with the ability to manage a regional territory independently
-
Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and AI tools
-
Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the East Coast
LOCATION
This role is hybrid and requires a minimum of 3 days on-site in our Jersey City, NJ office.

This position offers a base salary range from $80,000 to $85,000 a year, determined by a variety of factors including relevant skills, experience, location, business needs and market demand.
