The Hotel Director of HR directs all staff-related procedures, including recruitment, training, benefits administration, and labor law compliance to ensure optimal operational efficiency. They focus on employee retention, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment, often managing seasonal staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing: Develop hiring plans, screen, interview, and onboard staff for all departments to meet operational demands, particularly seasonal changes.
- Employee Relations: Act as a liaison for employee issues, manage grievances, and boost morale to improve retention.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and manage employee records (visas, work permits, contracts).
- Training & Development: Organize training programs, including customer service skills and safety procedures.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, and severance policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
