JOB SUMMARY
The Manager, Privacy & Regulatory Compliance is responsible for establishing, implementing, and leading INAC's Privacy & Regulatory Compliance function. This position serves as the Company's subject-matter expert for privacy compliance and other non-vehicle regulatory compliance initiatives, including the development of policies, procedures, training, reporting processes, and internal controls. The Manager works cross-functionally with Legal, MIS, Human Resources, Finance, Corporate Planning, and operating business units to ensure that the Company complies with applicable privacy and regulatory requirements. The position develops sustainable compliance processes, monitors regulatory developments, coordinates enterprise-wide compliance initiatives, and promotes a culture of compliance throughout the organization. This position exercises a high degree of independent judgment and initiative and serves as an internal advisor to management on privacy, regulatory compliance, and governance matters.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develops, implements, and maintains INAC's enterprise privacy compliance program, including compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), other U.S. state privacy laws, Canadian privacy laws, and other applicable international privacy requirements.
- Develops and administers INAC's broader non-vehicle regulatory compliance program, including greenhouse gas reporting requirements, regulatory monitoring, compliance reporting, policy development, and implementation of new regulatory requirements.
- Coordinates enterprise-wide compliance activities across INAC and its subsidiaries by working closely with Legal, IT, HR, Finance, Accounting, Corporate Planning, and business operations to collect information, implement processes, and monitor compliance.

Develops and delivers compliance policies, procedures, training programs, and awareness initiatives to promote consistent compliance practices throughout the organization.

Monitors legislative and regulatory developments affecting the Company and evaluates operational impacts, implementation requirements, and recommended responses.

Conducts privacy and compliance assessments, internal reviews, vendor due diligence, and assists with regulatory inquiries, audits, and third-party assessments

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & TRAINING

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

Minimum seven years of progressively responsible experience in one or more of privacy, regulatory compliance, risk management, internal audit, legal, corporate governance or data governance

Experience implementing enterprise compliance programs

Experience managing cross-functional projects

Professional certifications preferred but not required (e.g., CIPP/US, CIIP, CIPT, CCEP)
KNOWLEDGE

Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks, corporate governance, risk management principles, internal controls, data governance, and vendor management

PHYSICAL STANDARDS
The employee must be able to access, enter, and retrieve data using a computer. This is primarily a sedentary position in a controlled office environment which requires only occasional reaching, stooping, and lifting of office files, reports or records, typically weighing 5 lbs. or less.

PAY SCALE
The pay scale for this position is between $119,597 and $152,486. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
