As the Restaurant Manager, you will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain the highest level of safety and food quality standards. The Restaurant Manager must work well under pressure, is organized, flexible, self-motivated, reliable, and willing to work long hours. We will be considering all experienced Restaurant managers for this position.

- Manage overall operation under the guidance of the General Manager
- Purchasing, inventory, control, budgeting, maintaining costs, controlling labor, scheduling, and Safety and sanitation
- Prioritize completing task
- Ensure Service and/or Culinary Excellence
- Ensure excellent guest experience
- Ensure excellence in our Bar Program
