What you’ll do
- Visit multi-family properties, facilities, and job sites regularly
- Build relationships with decision-makers and uncover needs
- Recommend solutions from our large in-stock catalog
- Run presentations, prepare quotes/proposals, and close deals
- Prospect via networking, referrals, and cold outreach
- Track your pipeline in our CRM and follow through to win
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years in outside or B2B sales (building materials or property management is a plus)
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Self-directed, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
