Prime Time Solutions, Inc., a sales and development firm in Worcester, is looking for a Sales Associate who knows that listening for thirty seconds beats talking for thirty minutes. The Sales Associate will explore each household's daily grind: who works from home, who games, who streams all evening; then point out exactly where Verizon removes the friction they have normalized.
As a Sales Associate, you’ll champion Fios in your territory, driving sales by connecting customers with the fastest, most reliable fiber-optic internet. The Sales Associate engages with our customers to explain how Verizon eliminates buffering, enrolls them in plans that fit their needs, and closes sales by highlighting the unmatched performance of Fios.
Responsibilities of the Sales Associate
- Connect with customers to recommend Verizon Fios internet and TV services and assist them through the enrollment process.
- Support sales growth by helping customers enroll in Verizon Fios packages that deliver reliable high-speed internet and quality entertainment.
- Offer personalized guidance to simplify enrollment into Verizon Fios plans tailored to each household’s lifestyle and budget.
- Expand enrollment and sales by introducing customers to upgraded Verizon Fios speeds and advanced TV features.
- Deliver attentive assistance throughout the enrollment journey to make switching to Verizon Fios straightforward and stress-free.
- Help achieve strong sales results by turning customer interest into successful Verizon Fios enrollments and long-term satisfaction.
Qualifications of a Sales Associate
- A High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in enrollment or sales is beneficial but not required
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service that supports overall sales success.
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated on Verizon Fios products and sales offerings.
- Professional demeanor that builds customer trust and confidence.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
