Job Description
De Nada Empanada is a growing Puerto Rican food truck serving corporate clients, festivals, and private events across Los Angeles. We're hiring dependable team members who want more than just a part-time job. Starting pay is $ 17 an hour, increasing to $ 19 based on performance and reliability. You'll get a predictable schedule, training across all truck operations, and the chance to grow into a shift lead and future truck manager as we expand. We're looking for people who are punctual, team-oriented, and interested in growing into a leadership role. If you want to help build something and grow with a small business, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Take customer orders and process payments
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck and work areas
- Assist with setup and breakdown at events and catering locations
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Food service experience required
- Food Handler Card
