Medical Assistant – Neurosurgery/Pain Management
We are seeking a hard-working, energetic, and dependable Medical Assistant to join our fast-paced Neurosurgery/Pain Management practice with office in Kailua. This is a part-time to full-time position, Monday–Friday.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting the physician during patient visits and in-office procedures
- Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs
- Answering multi-line phones
- Assist with administrative duties
- Help maintain efficient office flow
- Preparing procedure rooms and monitoring medical supplies
- Providing excellent customer service and compassionate patient care
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer skills required
- Experience with EMR systems and medical terminology preferred
- Prior experience in Neurosurgery or Pain Management is a plus
Education & Certification (Preferred):
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
