Responsibilities
As a Health Insurance Sales Agent, you will:
- Speak with prospective and existing customers about health insurance options
- Present and explain insurance products in a clear and professional manner
- Perform needs-based conversations to help customers find suitable coverage
- Build positive customer relationships
- Meet sales goals and performance expectations
- Follow up with customers and provide excellent service
- Work with team members and management to improve results
- Stay updated on product knowledge, compliance requirements, and best practices
- Continuously improve through coaching and feedback
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Highly motivated and goal-driven
- Eager to learn and open to coaching
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person
- Positive, reliable, and professional
- Organized and able to manage time effectively
- Interested in building a career in sales and insurance
- Able to obtain a 2-40 Insurance License
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Driver’s license required
Sales experience is helpful, but not required. We are more focused on attitude, effort, coachability, and consistency.

Compensation
This role starts at $16/hour plus commissions. After 90 days, hourly pay may be reviewed and negotiable up to $18/hour based on performance, attendance, production, and overall progress.
Total annual compensation potential is $60,000 - $100,000 per year, including base pay, commissions, and incentives.
