Job Summary
We are looking for skilled and passionate Barbers and Hair Stylists to join our team! Our ideal candidate specializes in men’s haircuts, including fades, tapers, trims, and beard grooming, but if you're trained in women’s haircutting (layers, long hair shaping, etc.) and/or color services (like highlights, balayage, all-over color, or root touch-ups), that’s a huge plus.
We offer services for men, women, and kids, and we’re looking for team members who can confidently meet a variety of client needs in a clean, professional, and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform men’s haircuts (fades, tapers, trims, etc.) and beard trims.
- (Preferred) Perform women’s cuts and styles, including long layers.
- (Preferred) Provide color services such as highlights, balayage, root touch-ups, and full color.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Learn and use our salon scheduling software to book appointments and manage check-ins/check-outs.
- Assist with front desk duties when needed: greeting clients, answering phone calls, and handling transactions.
- Participate in team efforts to keep the salon clean, organized, and running smoothly.
Requirements
- Valid Barber or Cosmetology license.
- Previous hair salon/barbershop experience (preferred).
