About the Role
The Office Manager is the operational and cultural backbone of 1st Class Real Estate Summit. This role keeps the brokerage running smoothly day-to-day while ensuring agents feel supported, connected, and set up to produce.
This is a leadership position, not a receptionist role. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, people-focused, and genuinely passionate about building a high-performance environment. You will be the face of the office, the voice of the brand, and the engine behind agent success.
Responsibilities
Office Operations & Administration
- Open and close the office Monday through Friday
- Maintain a clean, professional, and fully operational office environment
- Check and distribute mail daily
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory
- Oversee office equipment (printers, internet, signage storage, lockbox inventory, etc.)
- Create and maintain office systems to ensure operational efficiency
- Troubleshoot basic operational issues before escalating
- Run light errands as needed (install lockboxes, coordinate with photographers, place yard signs, etc.)
- Manage day-to-day brokerage operations
- Coordinate office space and facility needs (tinting, signage, orders, etc.)
- Communicate with the landlord and manage lease-related logistics
- Check in on agents weekly to offer support and maintain connection
- Deposit commission checks in a timely manner
Agent Support, Onboarding & Training
- Conduct onboarding calls and manage onboarding packets for new agents
- Support agent launches to ensure they start strong
- Plan and coordinate monthly training calendars
- Create training materials and slide decks for team trainings
- Post training resources in Google Classroom and the agent Facebook group
- Coordinate vendor and guest speaker presentations at team meetings
- Conduct bi-weekly team meetings
- Conduct Monthly Mastermind sessions to drive accountability and production
Marketing & Brand
- Create and schedule all social media content for the brokerage page
- Manage the brokerage Facebook page and closed agent group
- Create and distribute event posts and community content
- Publish weekly market update posts
- Design graphics using Canva
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications
- Manage vendor and sponsor relationships
Culture & Agent Experience
- Maintain and protect the culture of 1st Class Real Estate Summit
- Welcome new agents and create a strong first impression
- Facilitate connection among agents to foster collaboration
- Plan and execute company events including happy hours, top producer events, holiday parties, awards ceremonies, and recognition initiatives
- Plan and execute client appreciation events
- Coordinate sponsors, vendors, food trucks, and entertainment for events
- Manage event logistics including signage, raffles, and day-of execution
- Promote community events across social platforms

- A consistent, on-brand social media presence for the brokerage

Earning Potential
This is not a capped position. The base is guaranteed, but your upside grows as the office grows. The more agents thrive, the more profitable the brokerage becomes, and the more your 5% profit share reflects that.
There is no ceiling on earnings here. Medical benefits and 401(k) eligibility begin after one year in the role.
Requirements
- At least one year of administrative or operations experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Classroom)
- Comfortable with Canva or similar design tools
- Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written communication skills
- People-first mindset with genuine energy for team culture
- Knowledge and experience in Real Estate is strongly preferred
Pay: $2,600.00 per month
