Job Summary:
Are you an experienced professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry? We are seeking candidates with over 5 years of experience in Doorman/Maître D’ operations for a prestigious dining establishment. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive and depart in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Assist guests with door opening and closing.
- Manage guest flow and assist with seating arrangements.
- Provide information about the establishment and its services.
- Maintain a clean and organized entrance area.
- Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in high-end restaurant Door/Maître D' operations.
- Appearance: Impeccable grooming and professional attire required. Candidates must possess a tailored black suit, white and black button down shirt, and black tie.
- Licensing: Applicants must be willing to obtain a Class D security license. Assistance for licensing can be provided through Allstar Security.
- References: Must be available and will be thoroughly verified to confirm your professional abilities and experience.
- Communication Skills: Must have excellent communication skills and be fully fluent in English.
- Crowd Management: Ability to manage large crowds, fully understand and enforce dress code compliance during peak rush hours.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods at a designated post.
- Familiarity with food service or restaurant environments is advantageous.
