About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Full-Time Service Coordinator to join our team in Carbondale. In this essential Service Coordinator role, you will provide support to families and coordinate Early Intervention services for infants and toddlers in various counties. This Service Coordinator position is ideal for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills. They must also be detailed oriented, have some knowledge about Early childhood and have a passion for supporting our vital mission.

Key Responsibilities: As our Service Coordinator, your primary duties will include:
- Managing a case load of children and maintaining an organized, efficient workspace.
- Handling communications, including phone calls, correspondence, serving as a primary point of contact for families on your case load.
- Performing accurate record keeping and maintaining confidential client files and program documentation, ensuring data integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood or related field required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for clear and professional interaction.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic environment.
