Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay: Starting at $15.00 per Hour
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join a leading industrial manufacturing team in Rainsville, AL. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with machinery, building quality products, and learning new manufacturing skills in a fast-paced production environment.

As a Machine Operator, you'll support the production of high-quality industrial products while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Operate coil winding equipment, including bench lathes, Bachi, Broomfield, and hand winders
Prepare transformer coils by bending, shaping, cutting, sanding, soldering, and attaching wires and lugs
Operate pneumatic and hydraulic crimping equipment
Operate robotic welding equipment
Mix and apply epoxy and silica sand during transformer potting operations
Safely move materials using lift-assist equipment
Participate in inventory counts and production support activities
Meet daily production and quality goals
Maintain clean, organized work areas following Lean Manufacturing and 6S principles
Follow all company safety procedures and properly wear required PPE
Perform additional manufacturing duties as production needs change
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to read work instructions, drawings, specifications, and production documents
Good organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to learn multiple production processes and adapt to changing priorities
Ability to stand for the entire shift
Frequently lift, push, or pull up to 40 pounds
Use lift-assist equipment for heavier materials
Perform repetitive hand movements throughout the workday
Bend, stoop, reach, and occasionally work in confined spaces

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
