Community Growth Director – Local Market Leader (Business & Network Expansion)

ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a Community Growth Director (CGD) to lead local market expansion through relationship building, partner development, and community growth initiatives.
You will be responsible for building and activating a local network of business partners and community members while helping expand a growing ecosystem focused on housing impact and community development.
This is a leadership and business development role, not a traditional sales job.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and grow a local network of business partners and community members
- Identify, engage, and onboard strategic partners in your market
- Build long-term referral and relationship pipelines
- Represent the organization in your local community
- Support expansion efforts by identifying growth opportunities in your region
- Maintain consistent outreach, follow-up, and relationship development activity
- Participate in training, development, and leadership systems
- Build additional CGDs as your network expands (optional advanced path)
WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR
