Construction & Roofing Sales Representative — Fort Worth / North Keller, TX
We're a full-service construction company handling everything from ground-up new builds to major insurance restoration work — roofing, water damage, fire damage, flood repair, drainage, and more. If it can be built or repaired, we handle it. Our bread and butter is insurance-based roofing work, and we're growing across Fort Worth, North Keller, and surrounding areas.
We're looking for an experienced sales rep to work established neighborhoods where we already have a strong reputation, generate new roofing leads, and grow into larger construction projects over time. This is a 1099, commission-based role — no cap on what you can earn.
Pay: 50/50 commission split to start, with a performance path up to 60% of profit for top producers. Construction-based projects (beyond roofing) offer even higher earning potential.
We supply the tools you need to do the job — ladders, safety gear, and equipment — so you show up ready to work. You'll need your own vehicle.
Schedule is flexible — there's no fixed clock-in, just consistent effort and activity that drives results. Reps who put in the work daily see it pay off quickly.
We're looking for someone with sales experience, ideally in roofing or a related field. GAF is our standard product, though we can source other brands as needed. Prior canvassing or door-to-door experience is a big plus.
