Mazda of Clearwater is currently seeking a Sales Manager with import vehicle sales management experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leading a team, building value in the company, building value in the Mazda brand and exceeding customer experience expectations. You must be confident and comfortable with taking early turnovers and overcoming objections to ensure sales goals are achieved while maximizing profitability on every deal.
Duties:
- Experience providing quality customer service and knowledge of the vehicles
- Team player and excellent customer service skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Train & coach sales personnel
- Ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with the entire purchase experience
- Ensure that all deals, paperwork, and data are completed according to legal standards
- Work directly with our sales team and customers to develop relationships and help overcome objections during the sales process
- Complete trade appraisals
- Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
Qualifications
- Prior Import Brand Sales Management Leadership
- Basic computer skills (Reynolds DMS and CRM Usage Preferred)
- Must understand inventory control and company turn policy
- Must have a clean, valid driver’s license
- Must submit to a drug test and background check
